As we approach the end of August Fashion Month I have another new brand to tell you about! It launched on Friday and some styles have sold out in certain sizes, but the looks I’m modelling here are all still available for you to check out on our website.
Left: printed V-neckline blouse and (162066), ribbed sleeveless waistcoat (162065) both Betty & Co, crop trousers (159107) Marla Wynne, slip-on leather sandals, Emu (157578)
Right: ribbed split sleeve top (162063), ribbed sleeveless waistcoat (as before) and ribbed drawstring trousers (162064) all Betty & Co, sandals as before
The range is called Betty & Co and is part of the successful Betty Barclay fashion group. It’s more casual than the Betty Barclay label but still has a timeless, effortless elegance about it; bringing an uncomplicated look with lightweight knits, fine viscose and fluid jerseys, all in sophisticated prints and relaxed silhouettes.
Small details such as feature buttons and top stitching finish every garment to a high quality, and it all ranges in price from a really affordable £16.50 to around £80.
There aren’t quite fifty shades but many of the pieces are in a soft grey, from the palest shade to darker charcoal tones, which means they can be layered and styled together beautifully, giving a soft flattering effect for the majority of skin tones and ages.
I love the easy, clean lines of this range and brought some of the outfits home for my husband Olley to photograph me in for this blog. Now I know he’s an accomplished Fleet Street and celebrity photographer, but I don’t think it’s only his expertise that makes me look good!

The clothes are really well cut (as you would expect from such a fantastic name in fashion) and I love how wearing Betty & Co makes me feel – for me it’s a definite winning brand that I’m delighted is with us here at QVC. I hope you feel the same!
Take care until next time…
P.S. Just in case it helps, I’m a high street size 16 top half and 14 bottom half, and those are the sizes I’m wearing in the photos.
