I have the pleasure of being the first presenter to unveil our Jewellery Icon chosen for the month of May. It’s a stunning tassel necklace from designer to the stars Michael Waterman and forms part of his sparkling “Loverocks Collection”.
This long elegant drop look is so hugely popular at the moment and I’m sure will always provide a creative option in your jewellery wardrobe. Available in Rose, Yellow and Silver tone at comfortably under £30, they are a great price for the look. Measuring 28″(70cm) including the 4″ tassels with a further 3″ extender chain. For a closer look, take a look at the video I filmed below.
Jewellery lovers will be excited to learn that I will be with Bill Oschipok and his scintillating Canadian Ammolite Collection at 5pm on Wednesday, also if you or a loved one are attending a wedding or perhaps tying the knot yourselves join myself and guest Kerry Crawshaw for the Premiere of “Diamonique Loves … Weddings” on Friday at 2pm. Surely that’s a match made in heaven! Take a peek at some of the gorgeous items coming up below.
Also on Wednesday, I’ll be with the lovely Rosa for an hour of Yankee Candles, who have the honour of the Today’s Special Value that day. It’s a colourful glass orb style lantern with a votive holder suspended inside, together with a selection of evocative fragranced tea lights and votive candles.
I can give you a sneak preview here! My wife Tracey, thinks it’ll be perfect for eating al fresco! At the risk of trying to sound all continental and interesting (we do actually eat a lot outside as a family), I bought a gas barbecue a couple of years ago and it’s quicker to whack a few chicken thighs, Green Seasons Barnsley lamb chops, or salmon on the grill outside. Of course this is determined by our wonderful weather, but I have been known to barbecue in cold, wet weather with a rain coat and brolly. I kid you not! To be fair though, we haven’t eaten outside so far this year, but when we do we’ll be eating by candlelight!
I was out with Toby and Ellie and experimenting with my camera’s settings and took this picture of them running towards me on a very slow shutter speed. I haven’t played around with the image, this is how it came out of the camera! Tracey prefers the traditional shots of them, what do you think ?
Well that’s it for now so ….
Until next time stay illuminated and focused!
