I hope you’ve got plenty organised for the weekend ahead now that we seem to be getting some more Spring-like weather… I hope in writing that I don’t bring about a month of rain! Although a few April Showers are acceptable to keep the countryside nice and green!
I’ve got a few shows to hopefully keep you entertained over the weekend, particularly if you are a jewellery lover!
On Saturday, I’m presenting the 2nd anniversary show of the fabulous Bill Skinner Collection.
Bill is a genius of design and in the words of his good friend Dominic Hill of Aurora fame “he is simply a master”. Bill has designed for many of the jewellery industry’s biggest and brightest brands in both fine and fashion ranges and works from his design studio in Kent sculpting and creating the beautiful master originals of his pieces that form his wonderful collection, usually inspired by wildlife and nature. Bill has received many accolades and his work includes Royal commissions. I’m thrilled to be on the show as I presented the first show two years ago. I’ve included images of some of the pieces on offer and I hope you can join Bill, his son Toby and I on Saturday at 9pm.
Later that evening I’ll be launching the wonderful Bose Wave Music System IV – our Today’s Special Value for Sunday. The sound quality is nothing short of stunning and the Bose Wave series has won many awards and accolades over the years. This being the new 4th Generation, it goes without saying that we’ll be offering it to our customers at a great price!
If you’re new to The Q you may not know that only 3% of the pearl harvest are considered good enough to make the Honora grade. I’m sure that statistic causes expert guest, Ralph Rossini, and friends at Honora HQ plenty of headaches but the result is a collection of some of the best Chinese freshwater cultured pearls to be found and at amazing prices only available at QVC in the UK. Ralph and I will be introducing you to Monday’s Today’s Special Value Offer – the Honora 7-10mm Cultured Ring Pearl Friendship Bracelet at midnight Sunday and I hope you can join us.
‘Till next time stay sparkling …
